Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
New customers without an approved account must pay in full before the product(s) will be scheduled to ship. Customers can request terms of Net (30) days with an Account or approved Credit Application. Credit or Debit Cards are accepted with an additional fee. New customers paying by check may see a delay in product shipment until the check clears.
Payment Methods

· Prepaid company check / Personal check / Cashier’s check / Money order
· Purchase Orders are honored with preapproval with net 30 terms.
· Wire Transfers / COD
· We do not accept international credit cards at this time.
· Further documentation may be needed for the Sale.
Sales Tax, Tariffs, Fees, or Duty Tax
Any additional costs associated and assessed with product purchase/shipment will be paid by the customer.
Tax Exempt
Customers are responsible to complete and provide a tax exemption form during the purchase process, if applicable.
Change Orders
You may request to change an order within 24 hours of your “Standard Product” order placement. Call us immediately if you request to Change an Order at 833-853-6444. Please do not email Change Orders.
Custom and Cancelled Orders
New customer Custom Orders require a 50% deposit prior to the order being placed into our production schedule. The customer will forfeit the 50% deposit if the order is cancelled or changed after the product is manufactured. “Standard Product” orders may be cancelled with up to a 15% restocking/handling fee for both existing and new customers.
Returned Product
Insul-Quilts will accept returned standard products if the product is not damaged with a 15% restocking fee. Inspection for product damage and any credit back to the customer may take up to 21 days from returned product receipt. The customer will incur any return shipping costs.
Risk of Loss
Insul-Quilts or the Customer can arrange shipment of the ordered product(s) per the Customer instructions. The risk of loss passes to the Customer when the Customer arranges the shipping and once the product is loaded upon the carrier. Insul-Quilts will advise the Customer of shipping dates but will not be responsible for delays or damages in delivery on Customer scheduled freight.
Product Listings
Insul-Quilts makes every effort to post accurate item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and other product information on our website. Website marketing images, content, and color of product may vary from the actual product received.
Product Installation
Insul-Quilts shall not be liable for any associated damages related to inadequate installation or misuse of products directly due to the Customer’s failure to follow the recommended installation instructions and guidelines. Insul-Quilt products have specific acoustic, thermal, and radiant barrier properties intended to improve specific thermal and acoustical issues.
Insul-Quilts shall not be liable for failure of its products to meet international, federal, state, and/or local noise, fire, and building codes. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these guidelines and purchase products accordingly.
Product Results
Insul-Quilts products are tested at independent labs for acoustical (STC/NRC), flame spread, smoke, reflectivity, and other testing parameters according to its intended uses and specific applications. Insul-Quilts does not guarantee that its products will yield the same test performance results once installed due to customer or site specific circumstances.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
For a period of Six (6) Months from shipment, Insul-Quilts Products are warrantied to be free from defect of Materials and/or Workmanship as removed or unrolled from protective poly shipping bag or removed from pallet. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective product and does not include labor for removal, disposal costs, or reinstallation of product.
Any warranty requests or claims against Insul-Quilts products must be made in writing with supporting pictures/documentation. Proper handling and installation of the product is required to perform at its optimal level.
Blankets may have slight color variations due to different dye lots at cloth manufacturer. They may have some imperfections such as small missed stitching.
ALWAYS handle the blankets and radiant barriers with care and do not leave Insul-Quilt products stored outside or exposed to rain or other forms of moisture/weather.

Termination

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
